个人简介
李子聪,2014年在新加坡国立大学获得博士学位,2014-2018年在中国科学院上海植物逆境生物学研究中心做博士后,主要从事植物表观遗传学机制的研究。现为伟德BETVLCTOR1946始于英国“杰出中青年”特聘教授,国家高层次青年人才和山东省“杰出青年基金”获得者,山东省植物生理与分子生物学学会理事,博士生导师。 近年来先后在Nature Genetics, Nature Plants, Molecular Plant, Plant Physiology, Trends in Genetics等杂志发表高水平文章十余篇。
研究方向
本课题组以模式植物拟南芥为研究材料,利用细胞学,遗传学,分子生物学,基因组学,生物信息学等研究方法,对植物细胞全能性的表观遗传学机理进行研究。
(1)植物胚胎发育及营养生长过程中细胞全能性随年龄增加而降低的表观遗传机制
(2)染色质装配过程对植物细胞全能性的影响
(3)以细胞全能性为研究对象,揭示植物特异性表观遗传调控机制
(4)组蛋白变体替换及细胞分裂对植物细胞全能性的影响
(5)植物细胞全能性对作物遗传改良的应用
